The price of Bitcoin has dropped by half

 

Bitcoin, the world's largest and most well-known cryptocurrency, is having its worst time. Bitcoin fell 13 percent on Sunday. And through this the price has come down to almost half of the highest price of the year.

On April 14 this year, the value of Bitcoin was about 65 thousand dollars. On Sunday, it came down to 32,601, which is 899.54 less than the previous day.

Meanwhile, the price of ether coins related to the Ethereum blockchain network fell 17 percent to 905, down 391.31 from the previous close.

Prices are falling unexpectedly in the 24-hour Bitcoin market. Elon Musk, known as the chief executive of Tesla and a proponent of cryptocurrency, has come under a lot of pressure due to multiple tweets, including the closure of Bitcoin payment facility at Tesla. In addition, China has stopped trading through cryptocurrency mining.

Facebook's cryptocurrency is coming in the new year

 

 

Social media giant Facebook is preparing to bring Libra cryptocurrency or stablecoin by the beginning of 2021. The Financial Times quoted sources close to the project as saying. 

The Facebook-led Geneva-based Libra Association plans to launch Libra in January, according to the report. The company is preparing to launch a dollar-based digital coin 

The report also said that other traditional currency-based coins would be introduced later, despite the Libra Association's new plan. 

The Libra Association did not immediately comment on the plan 

Last April, the Libra Association proposed bringing these digital coins. The project has been delayed several times due to policy and political opposition
