Robotics company Boston Dynamics is probably going to be a company owned by Hyundai. The Korean carmaker is already in talks with its current owner, Softbank, according to Bloomberg, citing reliable sources.
According to Engadget, the idea is to change ownership of Boston Dynamics for 1 billion. Although Bloomberg could not say anything final.
Although Hyundai is best known for its cars, a group of companies only work with industrial robotics. As a result, Boston Dynamics will be useful there. Besides, this is not Hyundai's journey in modern technology, the company has announced new horizons studio for future plans.
