Apple Achieves Another Milestone – Apple Now Has More Than One Billion Active iPhones

 


Recently, the number of billions has to be mentioned repeatedly for Apple. First, for the first time in the company's history, Apple has made more than 100 billion in a quarter. The technology giant has also achieved new milestones in the field of active devices.

According to CEO Tim Cook, there are currently hundreds of billions of iPhones in use around the world. This is the biggest record in Apple's history.

In an interview with Reuters, Tim Cook mentioned the new milestone. Apple currently has 1.65 billion active devices worldwide. Which was a maximum of 1.5 billion units last year.

"We are the second best-selling phone in the suburbs of China," Cook said. The number is growing as Android phone users in the country switch to the iPhone and older iPhone users buy newer iPhones. Apple products and services are also selling well in other countries.
